When will my item(s) ship?
We will ship out your item 1 to 5 business days after purchase.
Depending on the shipping preference you selected, shipping could take anywhere from a couple days to over a week.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests, because each item is made to order.

How can I return an item?
Since each and every single item is made to order, returns are not accepted. But, If you received your item damaged, wrong or did not arrive at your address, please contact us.
