When will my item(s) ship?

We will ship out your item 1 to 5 business days after purchase. Depending on the shipping preference you selected, shipping could take anywhere from a couple days to over a week.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests, because each item is made to order. If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to us.

How can I return an item?

Nop!, all gift orders are shipped with a greeting card and your gift note included at no additional cost.
